Our objective is to provide you the miniatures and catalogues of you preferred marks at keen price and within reasonable times.
All the models and catalogues are available until exhaustion of stock.
We exclusively select original and authentic documents.We may Occasionally offer official reproductions when we fail to find originals. Then we mention REPRINT in the description of the items.
Prices of identical old documents may vary according to their general condition.
We do not offer perforated documents for sale.
Whether stamped or bearing footnotes, the catalogues are pictured as they are , i.e. with every such detail visible.
For Net orders we use the Post Service for the European countries (allow 3 to 4 days for delivery) and Federal Express (FEDEX) for the rest of the World (allow 4 to 15 days delivery).
Delivery costs :
The delivery costs are automatically calculated during the ordering.
They are depending of the distance, the weight of the packet and the delivery mode.
The detail of global cost will be displayed before the paiement confirmation.
Modes of payment :
Credit Card (Visa-Master Card) – Bank Transfer – Cash (in our stores).
Modes of delivery :
The Post Service, Federal Express (FEDEX) or take away in our stores.
Right to retract :
The consumer may retract within 10 days from the reception of the goods and return them at his own expenses. When the 10 days deadline expires on Saturday or Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended until the first next working day.
Time of validity :
The site www.babouin.com reserves the right to modify its prices constantly. The articles will be invoiced at the current price when the order is recorded, subject to availability.
Delivery :
Whatever the mode, the goods travel at the risks and dangers of the addressee, even if they are dispatched postage paid. The delivery time limits are given for your information.
A delay in delivery cannot give place to a request for compensation, neither to the refusal of the goods, nor in any case to the cancellation of the order.
Good aren’t delivered unless paid cash, and no discount will be allowed but by special agreement.
The delivery is made entirely at the customer’s expenses.
Litigations :
Any protest resulting of the application from the present terms fall within the competence of the courts of BRUSSELS even assuming that our contractors are addressed out of Belgium.
